When I first saw my lovely painting, I saw it as being very whimsical and very 'Alice
in Wonderland'. I can see that I have always been very much an Alice
figure, prone to daydreaming and being in my head often. So this painting really fits. It's a wonderful snapshot of this time
in my life because I have a very strong desire to jump off that swing and follow the white rabbit.. to find out more about
myself, to find that 'very important date', to find my place in the world and enjoy more of life. So while, I very much enjoy
a serene swing under a nice tree, there is also lots more for me to do out there in the world and this is a great reminder
to just get out there and do it. It reminds me just how supported that I am and that I have a lot of worth, love, confidence
and coped. It reminds me to stick with the whisperings of my heart and get out of my head more. It reminds me to push
through any fear that pops up because I have everything that I need within me or available to me. So thanks Heather and Helpers
for this lovely reminder and for all that you do.
